ADAM AND CHRIS HAVE A BLOG!

Adam and Chris have a blog, and it seems that Jared and Larry are down for their cause. So you should be too!

LARRY ON THE SCENE

Larry and some homies met some nice dudes from Hillbilly Bombshell (a shop in Bellville, Illinois) recently when they were cruising through St. Louis. Here's some footage and nice sunset photos from that day. Check it out, thanks Larry!

BLOODY HELL

Bobby seriously got a bloody nose while ripping the other day. I had to run across the street to Del Taco to gank some napkins. It was hilarious. -Worful

HAITI BENEFIT CONCERT

Joel has put together a benefit concert for earthquake relief in Haiti, please come if you can! Bands playing include Joel's reunited (if only for the night) Tell Tale Heart, Sam Wade, and Dear Vincent. It will be at Antarctica (5226 Gravois Ave.) and starts at 9pm (doors open at 8pm). Tickets at the door are $10 (the venue is cash only), and all ticket proceeds go to Red Cross. Thanks for doing this Joel, and thanks in advance to everyone for helping out.

OUR SWEET PRINCE

"Yo 'Heem, whatcha been up to?"

"Nothin' much, just hangin' out, lookin' princely."

SHOOTING SPREE

Talk about and oldie but a goodie! Wow! Thanks to Chris Jackson for pointing out this diamond in the rough, Shooting Spree from Sean Kuehnel, circa 1998. The skaters, skating, and music, all banging. Let's here it for the late 90s folks!

RANDY GETS PRICED

There's a nice photo of Randy performing a noseblunt slide on The Skateboard Mag's site, shot by Matt Price. It's in the Fresh Crops section, which features more of Matt's great photos.

GET AT ME

I found out about the blog GET AT ME! today. It's a Kansas City blog that Sam McGuire posts on that he describes as "It's like the KC Pretty blog except it's only crappy cell phone photos and no actual useful content." Sounds great to us Sam. This entry, taken from a fateful night in which I managed to yell at a homeless person, renegade a beer in White Castle, and drop-kick a crave case into the side of Jack Donze's head in the matter of a half an hour, prompted a van full of the Escapist team to call me at 10:30pm on their way back from Miami to go with them to White Castle by my house and shotgun beers with them before I knew about said blog. I'm glad the internet age has allowed my late-night retardation to be so pervasive and inspiring. Oh yeah, Malto posts there too. OMG!

IT AIN'T DEAD YET

I'm sure everyone knows that skating at the Webster Groves park has been "blocked" (PUN INTENDED!!!), but have you seen Alex and his friends skating it anyway?

MALL GRAB

I met up with Bobby, David, and Drew and headed to the Plan Nine skatepark again today, to seek refuge from the bitter cold. Guy, Randy, Joel, and Jake met us there, and we also ran into Bobby Taylor, Larry, Chris, Reggie, and Jake when we got there. It was a super fun and super crowded session. Jake debuted his winter beard and David debuted his new winter haircut. Meanwhile, I got to shoot some video with David's great new point and shoot camera, and Jake and Joel got some good stuff on their new portable video cameras as well. I'm hoping we can put an edit up soon of some stuff that went down. I also managed to get a photo of Jake's sick ollie over the gap. Go Jake! -Worful

WAY, WAY, WAY BACK IN THE DAY

These two little homies need no introduction. If this doesn't put a smile on your face, I don't know what will. This made my day for sure. Thanks for sending us the link Alex! -Worful

MY FRIEND ALLAN'S SUPER 8 MOVIE

Here is a video of some Super 8 footage that my old friend Allan shot of his buddy Uncle G. Thanks Allan! -Worful

FUNDRAISER FOOTY

Wow! Check out this awesome video shot by David Probsts the night of the fundraiser last week. Thanks David!

WEEKEND WARRIORS

Guess who else got a camera for Christmas? Joel, that's who. And he's blessed us this holiday season with an edit from the Plan Nine park from just a few nights ago, enjoy!

A DAY LATE AND A GIRL PACKAGE SHORT

I got a package from Girl today intended to support the fundraiser last Tuesday. It includes two "where the wild things are" edition boards (7 3/4" and 7 5/8" wide) 4 t-shirts (2 medium, 2 large) 2 adjustable Girl hats, and a shitload (no pun intended) of stickers.

I'm willing to sell all of this gear for $100. Thats a good deal right? All proceeds go towards the kingshighway benefit fund, which after a couple extra contributions now comes to $1889.34. If you are interested email the the Pretty address as seen on the right there. Thanks!

SPEAKING OF BIRDHOUSE...

Be sure to check out this six part series of the east coast Birdhouse tour that Randy was on recently, also via Shred or Die. Here's part one of the series.

RANDY AND DREW WAY OUT WEST

Randy and Drew hit up some parks out west recently on behalf of Birdhouse. Here's some of the rippage that went down, via the folks at Shred or Die.

ROB HANIACEK'S FANTASY FACTORY

While I was up in Chicago over Christmas, Rob H. was kind enough to take me to his secret hangout. In turn Santa was good to Rob this Christmas and got him his very own FLiP camera. Now we can all celebrate the first of hopefully many RobEdit's.

WISSMAN'S VISION

Here are some great pictures from the fundraiser the other night that Wissman shot. Thanks Andy! -Worful

HAPPY YEAR YEAR!!!

We hope everyone had a happy and safe time last night celebrating the new year!
