BRIMLEY FOR LIFE

Oh my gosh, this "Brimley Crew Battle 2008" video just blew our minds off. Brimley is Pretty's sister company out in The 'Zona, from the wonderful mind of Matt Price.

NATE LACOSTE IS NOT THE WORST

Contrary to what his board says, Nate Lacoste is not the "worst." Actually he's quite good. Here's an effortlessly stylish frontside 180. Speaking of the worst, here's Randy doing the exact same trick switch. What a hack. Photos by Worful.

HEY DUDE, THAT'S MY SHIN

He skates hard, he slams hard. Bobby didn't think this hippie hop was good enough (apparently neither did Randy), so he decided to hurt himself instead. What a show off. Photos by Worful.

COMING TO AN ALLEY NEAR YOU

What exactly is David up to in that alley? Will the neighbors complain? Why is everyone so color coordinated? Where did Drew get that great Joel Dodson costume? The answers to these questions may never be revealed. Anyway, it's good to have you back Drewser!

THOSE TWO BOYS ARE STILL AT IT

Here's another video of Randy Ploesser and Nate Lacoste's roadtrip by Mark Stewart, via the Birdhouse site. More footage of the trip coming soon, but for now check out this little ditty.

HE WORKS HARD, HE PLAYS HARD

Whether he's working on his new house, skating, or trimming his beard, Bobby's always got a smile on his (usually bearded) face. Ollie up to Bobby hop. Photos by Worful.

GUY'S NEW TAG

Guy's at it again. Watch out for "Turtle Dove" at a spot near you.

"THE RAD ONE"

Here's Andy Wissman's video The Rad One in its entirety. There's some great footage of our friend Joe Jackson having a good time at the St. Charles Park near the end.

FINE CRAFTSMANSHIP

Special thanks to Joe Herbert and Jack for their fine craftsmanship at this sick new spot. Also thanks to Joe, Ben Goeke, and others like them who work hard to make spots like this, the tennis courts, and others fun places to skate. Backside 180 nosegrind by Joe, photo by Worful.

AN EARTH SHAKING SESSION

The aftershocks of this recent session are still being felt. In order of appearance: backside nosegrind by Guy Gray, 5-0 by Joel Dodson, feeble grind by David with Jack filming, boneless over the ledge by Art, and a backside smith grind by Bobby. Photos by Worful.

PLEASE, DON'T CALL IT A COMEBACK

Most of the time I'm pretty busy taking photos and being an overall nerd. But occasionally I skate too. Here's a "tre bomb" on an almost imperceptible bank. Randy taught me how to do them. Photo courtesy of the amazing Bobby. -Worful

DUELING BANJOS

Who's got the better crooked grind, Bobby or Joel Dodson? Only the gods of skateboarding can decide at this point. Photos by Worful.

JABARI INTERVIEW

Go check out our friend and Turf rider Jabari's interview on 48 Blocks. Keep up the good work!

RANDY RUINS EVERYTHING

The session at Shepard yesterday started off simple enough with a Ben Goeke approved obstacle, which David and Jack Donze broke in with some wallrides of the front and backside variety. But then Randy had to go and ruin everything by getting all serious about it. At which point Jack declared the session "dead" and did a coffin all the way home. Photos by Worful.

SHENANIGANS

A good sized crew met up at the blind school ledges yesterday. Here's Nate Broussard with a comically long crooked grind, and Art McAuliffe with his signature wallride nollie out. Photo and video wizards Ben Karpinski and Mark Stewart were there catching all the action for the Birdhouse site. Meanwhile, David swears nothing was going on behind that dumpster. Photos by Worful.

NATE BROUSSARD: COMIC GENIUS

So Randy got in town this weekend, along with the rest of the guys he was traveling here with. Since they're awesome, he decided to take them to one of the most awesome places ever: City Museum. Nate Broussard definitely seemed to be enjoying it. Randy's girlfriend Lucy didn't seem too impressed by his antics though, but Worful was ready to become his manager. Photos by Worful and Lucy.

AUSTIN STEPHENS VS. DREW ETZKORN

We're pretty sure our pal Drew Etzkorn did this before Austin Stephens, as seen in the great new Toy Machine video "Lurk Fest." But we'll let it slide. Pun! Ollie up, over, and out to backside tailslide in Kansas City, Missouri. Photo by Worful.

TWO BOYS HAVING A GOOD TIME TOGETHER

Birdhouse boys and Pretty pals Randy Ploesser and Nate Lacoste have posted a nice video of their trip from sunny California to overcast St. Louis, Missouri. Check back here or on the Birdhouse site for more videos and photos from the trip.

WEEKEND SESSION AT AFFTON HIGH SCHOOL

Bobby pulled this little cherry gem off in only a few tries. Good gravy. Sequence by Worful.

BOBBY'S DISTORTED VIEW OF RANDY

Bobby used his new wide angle lens for these sequences of Randy, making him look somewhat frighteningly distorted. But Randy is kind of frighteningly distorted in real life, so it's alright.

ANDY'S NEW PROMO

More Pretty approved promos. This time for the video "We Care" by Andy Wissman, the controversial creator of Soytruk.

ART'S NEWEST PROMO

Here's the second promo from our friend Art for his video Quite the Video. It's looking pretty much amazing so far.

INFINITY + CONSOLIDATED = AWESOME

Consolidated Skateboards teamed up with Infinity on a great new board. Here's esteemed shop representative and friend of Pretty, Gabe Kehoe, proudly holding one of the new boards.

BOBBY'S LITTLE FRIEND

We don't know if anyone else has noticed, but Bobby's "dreaded" shoelace has simply gotten out of control.

SPRING IS UPON US

David and Bobby express their joy for nice weather and show their true colors with this pole jam over a coffin. It's a metaphor for the rebirth of spring and the death of winter. Get it? Forget it. Photo by Worful, Photoshop improvements by Bobby.

DREW UPDATE

Drew appears to be keeping busy with his bum leg. Get better soon Drewser! Photo courtesy of Drew's Myspace page.
