GETTING LRG IN THE STL

The LRG team has been in town for the past couple days, tearing it up. They're super nice dudes, and it's been sick watching them skate. I went to the blind school today and met up with them and some other homies, where a session was well under way. -Worful

THE ONE AND ONLY FOUNTAIN

Bobby, 5-0 and back nosegrind at "the fountain." And, I'm sorry, but could that ledge be anymore rounded off and chubby looking? -Worful

YEAH BOB!

Bobby is on the Toy Machine site! Yeah Bob! Here's Bob's picture of Ed Templeton's feeble at an Illinois demo from back in the day, from a disposable camera no less.

*Bob-note, I forgot to include these photos in my email to Ed.

Bobby's trying to concentrate on a trick and David's trying to concentrate on filming said trick, so do NOT disturb them. -Worful

BACK TO BASICS

My good friend Tim got me into skating in junior high. I met Jabari through him that first year I started skating. That was fifteen years ago. Tim grew up just down the street from Bristol Elementary, where Jabari's seen here doing a back tail. Crazy. -Worful

DREW AT ST. CHUCK

BACK TO THE GRANDPA LEDGE

Once again, Bobby went back to familiar spot to try and film something he was trying before. What a perfectionist. Meanwhile, Joel was working on a line that involved a long manual, among other things. Why's Bob making that face? Maybe he's got something stuck in his eye. -Worful

FINALLY

I've been asking Bobby to go back and ollie this gap again forever, so I can could shoot a photo of it. Finally he obliged. The gap is approximately eleven Arizona Ice Tea cans long, if you can believe that. But he ollied it with ease, like it was only five and a half cans or something. Thanks Bob. -Worful

THE GRANDPA LEDGE

I was unaware that the Grand P.A. (Public Arts) ledge was casually referred to as the "grandpa ledge." Brilliant. Anyway, Bobby back tailed it. Any other questions? -Worful

HATS OFF TO REGGIE

Reggie may have lost his hat on this wallride, but he never lost his cool. -Worful

A FLAT GAP WITH A SIDE OF TRICKS PLEASE

I met up with Bobby, Guy, Jabari, Bobby Taylor, Jared, Larry, and Gabe yesterday at the flat gap on Grand for a nice session. Bobby got a switch flip, and also filmed his tre flip that he'd landed previously. Jared popped a mean hardflip, and Larry stuck equally mean frontside flip. Reggie was snacking mostly, but managed to perform his patended heel click. Jabari was also chilling, more stylishly than most of us can skate mind you. Finally, Gabe put down the camera and filmed a backside flip with the aid of Bob's trusty Flip camera. -Worful

YOUNG JACOB'S 2ND PHOTO ASSIGNMENT

It looks like Jake has turned in his 2nd photo assignment, and we're sure you remember the first one. Thanks Jake, and keep the sick photos coming!

OH SNAP!

Oh snap, I forgot about this. It's a wallride Guy shot of me for the Thrasher I was in. They didn't want it, most likely because almost every Canvas I can remember includes a photo of the artist doing a wallride. Why? Because the more time you spend doing arts and farts and crafts the worse you get a skating, and thus a wallride is practically all us art guys can muster once it's go time. -Worful

9/9/09 IS BLOWING MY MIND!!!

Bobby had some friends in town this past weekend, so he took them to Shitside for a nice little session. Some local friends showed up too and a good time was had. We've got Zurheem with a front board, Bobby's friend Rob doing what he does best by hovering on a nosegrind, Jared blasting off on a nollie, Chris busting switch smiths on demand, Rob's second favorite trick with a lein to tail, and finally Chris ends things nicely with an ollie. Photos by Bobby.
