Alex told me Shepard Elementary is for sale. I'm a little worried that he might buy it to live in there like some sort of mansion, slowly becoming a recluse, losing his grip on reality, asking Gabe "Show me all the spots!" over and over while watching skate videos all day, and asking Devin to "Come in with the Dew!" over and over.
